POLICIES
GENERAL:
Fees
are for the tour only and do not include transportation, food and lodging. We
will be on a hunting trip for the ultimate shot. If the
hunt takes us to a
location where there is a park entrance fee, we will pay those fees for the group.
Your leaders are going to be
knowledgeable in the areas of camera functions
as well as photographic skills. The objectives of the tours are to have fun, learn
photography, and, of course,get the "ultimate shot". Group size will
be limited to 8 "shooters" per instructor to allow for more personalized
assistance from the leaders. We
will be shooting "rain or shine" there will be no weather related refunds.
Photo Tours of America will not
be liable for any injuries to participants
during the tour.
PAYMENT:
Your reservation for the tour will be confirmed with a $300.00 deposit payable by credit card via PayPal No later than 30 days prior to the tour
CANCELLATION, DELAYS, AND REFUND:
Your
deposit secures a spot in a limited sized tour. If you cancel and we are unable
to fill your spot, your fees will be non-refundable.
If we are able to fill
your position, your fees will be refunded less a $50.00 processing fee. There
will be absolutely no refunds for
weather or acts of God that cause delay
or cancellation before arrival or during the scheduled tour. We are not responsible
for any
additional cost that may be incurred by weather or acts of God that
cause delays or cancellation.
All
tours will depart on time. Please anticipate possible travel delays with the airlines.
If a problem arises you may contact us via cell
phone or at the scheduled
hotel stops. Cell phone is sometimes limited in the remote areas we will be going
to.
